Usage:
Dissolve 31 g of mix in 1 liter of water, adjust pH if desired, and autoclave to sterilize before use.

Usage:
Dissolve 46 g of mix in 1 liter of water, adjust pH if desired, and autoclave to sterilize before use.

NGM Lite Agar Mix
Formula:
- NaCl: 2 g/L
- Tryptone: 4 g/L
- Phosphate buffer: 25 mM
- Agar: 20 g/L
Usage:
Dissolve 29.5 g of mix in 1 liter of water. After autoclaving, add 1 ml of 5 mg/ml cholesterol.
NGM Partial Agar Mix
Formula:
- NaCl: 3 g/L
- Peptone: 2.5 g/L
- Agar: 17 g/L
Usage:
Dissolve 22.5 g of mix in 1 liter of water. After autoclaving, add Mg++, Ca++, PO4, and cholesterol.
Yeast Dry Mixes
YPD Broth Mix
Formula:
- Peptone: 20 g/L
- Yeast Extract: 10 g/L
- Glucose: 20 g/L
Usage:
Dissolve 50 g of mix in 1 liter of water, adjust pH to 6.8, and autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes.
YPD Agar Mix
Formula:
- Peptone: 20 g/L
- Yeast Extract: 10 g/L
- Glucose: 20 g/L
- Agar: 20 g/L
Usage:
Dissolve 70 g of mix in 1 liter of water, adjust pH to 6.8, and autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes.
